Mute
No_one, Was Here At The Beginning
And no-one, Will At The Finish
The Prophet Tells Us, As He Stands There Grinning
But He Like All, Shall Perish
I Might As Well Be Mute
The End Is Nigh, They Say
Trying To Forecast, The Judgement Day
They Can Paint, A Blue Sky Grey
They Should All, Go Away
I Might As Well Be Mute
I Took A Walk, Down By The Bay
I Sat And Watched, The Children Play
What Shall Happen To Them, On The Last Day
I Can Do Nothing, But Pray
I Might As Well Be Mute
The Liar Dressed, In The Pin-Striped Suit
Who Could Not Tell, His Own Mother The Truth
Talks All Day, But Has Nothing To Say
Except Next Friday, We'll All Have More Pay
I Might As Well Be Mute
